Network ESC International is seeking an energetic doorman for a 5th Avenue corporate building near the diamond district. You will greet tenants, employees, and guests with professionalism and courtesy, controlling access and assisting with directions and inquiries.

This full-time, on-site role requires monitoring entrances, maintaining logs, coordinating with building management, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and discretion at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, security, or building operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet tenants, employees, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Open and hold doors for tenants and visitors.
• Monitor the building entrance and lobby area.
• Verify visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices or departments.
• Notify tenants or employees when their visitors arrive.
• Maintain visitor logs and follow building access procedures.
• Monitor deliveries, packages, and courier services.
• Assist visitors with directions and general building information.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Communicate emergencies, maintenance issues, and unusual incidents to building management or security.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
• Assist individuals with special needs, elderly visitors, and persons requiring additional assistance.
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

We are looking for an energetic and cheerful doorman for our 5th Avenue Corporate Building near the diamond district

Monday through Friday 8.30am-5pm

Full Time Permanent Placement

Doorman is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and welcoming service to tenants, employees, visitors, and guests entering and exiting the building. The doorman serves as the first point of contact and helps maintain a safe, secure, clean, and professional environment while delivering excellent customer service.
