Job summary

Harbin Lumber Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Door & Window Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair and adjust door and window assemblies for contractors and homeowners.

You will diagnose field issues, operate with safety and efficiency, and maintain product knowledge across Harbin's door/window lines. Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with Inside/Outside Sales, and department heads to ensure quality service, proper documentation, and safe job execution in residential

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in door & window service, residential remodeling, framing, or general construction.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace door/window components with attention to safety and quality.
• Strong math and reading skills and ability to follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to field service calls and diagnose operating components of doors and windows.
• Repair sashes, swap glass, fix balance systems and repair screens on-site or in the field.
• Coordinate with sales and management to resolve post-installation issues.
• Maintain field service documentation and ensure safe, efficient job execution.
