Astound is seeking a proactive outside sales professional for residential door-to-door work in Illinois. You’ll establish relationships, discuss service needs, and convert leads into sign-ups in a fast-paced field role.

You’ll start with a $40,000 base salary and unlock uncapped commissions with a realistic potential to exceed six figures through strong performance and dedicated territory management.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be motivated, self-starter and work autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain new customers in residential settings through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand properties within the portfolio and discuss service needs.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and understand service levels and obligations.
• Understand customer needs and articulate suitable solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report metrics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
