Astound is seeking a door-to-door residential outside sales representative to join our Dallas area team. You will build relationships with residents, property managers, and referral sources, presenting service needs and closing signups in a fast-paced field role.

You will start with a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total earning potential to exceed six figures for top performers. This is a hands-on, field-facing position requiring drive and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign up orders.
• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and referral sources.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
