Astound is seeking a dynamic residential direct sales representative to cover the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents in person, present service options, and sign up new customers, with base pay plus uncapped commissions driving earnings.

The role is field-based in Maryland, with a strategic emphasis on quota attainment and flexible scheduling. Prior experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Field-based residential sales with direct, face-to-face interaction.

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
