Astound is seeking a dynamic residential door-to-door sales representative to cover the Dallas, TX area. You will promote our internet services, earning a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with potential to reach six figures.

You will visit homes, engage residents, qualify leads, and close sign-ups while meeting quotas. The role follows a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with weekend flexibility and strong earning upside.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign up orders.

• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activities in your market and adjust approach as needed.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and maintain customer-facing professionalism.
