Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential sales representative in the Dallas, TX area. This door-to-door role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, giving you the opportunity to grow earnings beyond base expectations.

You will visit potential customers in homes and businesses, explain services, and convert inquiries into signups. The schedule is Tue–Sat with weekend flexibility and robust training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily.
• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign up orders.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate strategic marketing campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Stay up to date with what the competition is doing in your market.
