Astound is seeking a dynamic field sales representative to cover the San Antonio, TX area. You will meet residents face-to-face, present service options, provide quotes, and sign customers up for internet and related services.

The role offers a $34,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with flexibility across the territory, and a robust benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a field environment.
• Self-motivated with sales-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness in the market.
• Understand customer needs and articulate suitable service options and pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of properties in the portfolio and monitor competition.
