Astound is seeking an energetic residential sales rep to represent our internet services in the San Antonio, TX area. You will work door-to-door, meeting residents, property managers, and referrals to secure signups and quotes.

The role offers a $34,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures through strong performance. Expect a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with field-based, outdoor work and extensive earning opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.

• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
