Astound is seeking a highly motivated field sales professional for residential door-to-door outreach in the San Antonio, TX area. The role offers a $34,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and a real path to six-figure earnings through strong performance.

You will engage residents, property managers, and other referrers to secure new service sign-ups, while representing a leading internet provider and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face door-to-door sales experience is preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers in residential settings and sign up orders.
• Present quotes and discuss service needs with residents.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management.
