Astound is seeking a dynamic field-based sales representative for residential door-to-door service in the San Antonio, TX market. Base salary is $34,000 with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings of $90,000 when targets are met.

You will visit homes, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up orders while representing a leading internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV provider. The role emphasizes outside sales and a strong income potential through performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign up orders.
