Astound is seeking a dynamic residential direct sales professional to represent our services in the San Antonio, TX greater market. You will operate face-to-face in the field, driving customer acquisition with a base salary of $34,000 and uncapped commissions designed for high earnings potential.

The role emphasizes outdoor, in-person engagement and strategic marketing efforts. Earn total compensation up to six figures with strong performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential door-to-door sales or field sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage residents.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Pursue leads provided daily and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Explain service options, provide quotes and close sales in a face-to-face setting.
• Report sales statistics to management and participate in mandatory sales meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts, service levels, and market competition.
