Renewal by Andersen of Washington is hiring a Direct Marketing Associate in Spokane. You will be the face of a nationally recognized brand, engaging homeowners and generating high-quality leads through face-to-face canvassing in local neighborhoods.

This role offers an hourly base of $24 plus uncapped bonuses, with top performers earning well over six figures. Schedule is 32.5–36 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with full onboarding and coaching.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Uncapped commissions + hourly base

• Set hourly rate $24
• Most team members average $25- $30 an hour
• Top Performers average $35 - $40 per hour
• Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!

Schedule
