Job summary

Weed Man Kalamazoo is seeking energetic, customer service-oriented individuals for our Door-to-Door Lead Generators. Earn a guaranteed hourly rate of $18/hour with performance bonuses. No selling required—paid training provided.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–6:00 pm, 23–30 hours per week, in Kalamazoo, MI. Join a growing team and help generate lawn care quotes. As part of Weed Man you’ll promote services, distribute materials, and lead with a positive attitude in all weather.

The Customer Outreach Representative is a key role in our marketing efforts as you become the first source of contact for prospective customers. Your role is to reach out to our service areas by canvassing neighborhoods, interact with the prospects and generate leads for anyone interested in receiving a free, no-obligation lawn carequote. No selling required, there is a daily bonus opportunity on top of your hourly wage.The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Weekly hours are 23 to 30 hours per week.
