Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0–6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors.
• Support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services.
• Respond to customer problems per policy and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and pricing; inform supervisor of changes.
• Attend sales meetings and training; apply learning to improve results.
• Accurately complete documentation supporting sales activities (dispositions, orders, reporting).
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per policy.
