Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a results-driven salesperson to acquire residential customers through door-to-door visits in non-bulk MDUs (≤49 doors). You’ll use a consultative approach to identify needs and hit sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, consumer and commercial devices (smartphones, routers).

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDUs with 49 or fewer doors.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals within the MDU portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints per policy and ensure issues are resolved.
• Accurately complete documentation (dispositions, orders, reporting) per guidelines.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per company policy and guidelines.
