Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is seeking a Direct Marketing Associate to engage homeowners, canvass neighborhoods, and generate high-quality leads for our industry-leading windows and doors.

This full-time role offers an hourly base of $22 plus uncapped commissions, with most team members earning $27–$32 per hour and top performers $37–$42 per hour. Paid training and growth opportunities exist within a nationally recognized brand.

Once you master the fundamentals, you’ll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.
