Astound seeks a proactive door-to-door sales professional for its residential services across Greater Maryland. You will drive new customer acquisition through direct field interactions, presenting tailored solutions and signing up residents at their homes or properties.

You’ll start with a base salary of $38,778.69 annually and unlock uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed six figures in total earnings. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Field-based residential sales requiring face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door outreach in the Greater Maryland area.
• Follow up on daily leads and translate into sign-ups.
• Understand property contracts, service levels and obligations to articulate solutions.
• Present quotes and sign-up orders with residents and property managers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
