Job summary

Florida's Fast Growing Window Company is seeking a Door-to-Door Canvassing Supervisor to lead a team of canvassers across multiple regions in FL. You will interview, hire, train, and manage staff, conduct regular coaching sessions, and map routes to maximize production.

Requirements include proven canvassing management in home improvement, strong leadership, and the ability to work in the field. Compensation includes salary plus commission/override options, with earnings targeting six figures.

Position: Door-to-Door Canvassing Supervisor

Qualified Candidate -

MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.

Qualifications:

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
