Florida's Fast Growing Window Company in Florida is seeking an experienced Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager to lead, train, and grow a field-based canvassing team serving homeowners with windows, doors and roofing products.

This role is hands-on in the field, coaching by example, building route strategies, and tracking performance to boost production. A proven background in canvassing management and a valid vehicle are required.

Qualifications

Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
Home improvement or related home-services experience.
Experience building and training canvassing teams.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Must have a car or truck.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers.
Lead team meetings and coaching sessions.
Train in the field and lead by example.
Build neighborhood mapping and route strategies.
Track performance and improve team production.
