Job summary

For Our Future seeks a Canvass Manager for a paid canvassing program in Macomb/Thumb/Oakland, Michigan. You will supervise paid canvasser operations, execute the regional field plan, and ensure activities follow health and safety protocols.

The role requires familiarity with the region, prior door-to-door canvassing experience, ability to work long hours and have reliable transportation. The position runs through November 2026 with benefits including health insurance, parental leave, retirement

Responsibilities

• Train canvassers, launch canvass events, and supervise a team per health and safety guidelines.
• Front-line voter outreach for local and statewide candidates with door-to-door canvassing.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely data entry across regions.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and procedures.
• Recruit, schedule, and confirm canvassers.
• Assist with delivering training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
