Job summary

For Our Future Action Fund seeks a Canvass Manager in Michigan to execute the regional field plan and supervise paid canvasser operations across Macomb/Oakland/Thumb. You will lead door-to-door outreach, ensure safety policies, and drive regional performance in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

The role requires 1–2 cycles of canvassing experience, reliable transportation, and strong coaching and communication skills; Votebuilder/VAN knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 cycles of paid field campaign or other door-to-door canvassing experience.
• Commitment to building power in the progressive movement.
• Knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN/LAN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train canvassers, launch canvass events, and supervise a team of canvassers in health and safety guidelines.
• Front-line voter outreach including door-to-door canvassing in local and statewide regions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely data entry for the region.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and procedures.
• Recruit, schedule, and confirm canvassers.
• Assist with delivering training programs.
• Note: duties may change as needed.
