Job summary

Rosedale is hiring Door Staff to be the first point of contact for guests. We offer both part-time and full-time positions in a fun work environment where you can earn great money while working with an awesome team!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check IDs upon entry.
• Maintain lines and crowd control.
• Enforce rules and remove guests if needed.
• Clean and remove trash throughout the bar.
• Assist in private parties with setup and teardown.

Rosedale is now hiring Door Staff. The Door Staff is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

Rosedale, also known as Over-the-Rhine’s backyard, includes a patio that features two premium bocce ball courts with courtside seating anda number ofoutdoor games.In the cooler months, crackling firepits provide warmth for guestsseekingto retreat to the outdoors.Astanding specialmenu is available and rotates monthly with aselectionof beers, shots, and cocktails.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
