Beeline Deerfield is seeking door staff to be the first point of contact for guests and to provide friendly, high-energy service. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to keep the establishment safe and welcoming.

Greet guests, check IDs, manage lines, and enforce rules while maintaining a clean environment. Opportunities for part-time and full-time schedules, with competitive pay and team events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment

• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios and restrooms
• Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Work well under pressure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
