Job summary

Beeline Mercato is seeking Door Staff to warmly welcome guests, enforce entry protocols and maintain safe, enjoyable environments at our Naples venue. This role combines strong communication, teamwork and a readiness to stand for long periods, including nights and weekends.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available with competitive earnings and benefits such as discounts, EAP, and at select locations medical/dental/vision insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and well-spoken.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work nights/weekends.
• Strong teamwork and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check IDs as they enter.
• Maintain lines and crowd control.
• Enforce rules to keep location fun and safe.
• Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios & restrooms.
• Assist in private parties with setup, teardown, and guest assistance.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
