Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a capable customer service and administration professional to support the Custom Door program. You will learn all aspects, create fabrication sheets, and process orders with attention to detail.

You will read architectural drawings, coordinate with sales and internal teams, and assist in submittal packages for projects. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Epicor/AutoCAD are a plus.

• Provide detailed fab sheets and enter/check orders in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales team and internal staff.

Mansioni

• Learn all aspects of Custom Door customer service and administration.
• Create fab sheets and provide to customers.
• Enter Sales Orders and generate Purchase Orders in Epicor.
• Support submittal and sample packages for projects.
