Clayton Supply is seeking a Production Operator to efficiently assemble, machine, and finish door components in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will read blueprints, operate production equipment, and ensure quality standards are met while maintaining a safe work area.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years in manufacturing or millwork. Lifting up to 50 lbs and team collaboration are essential, with opportunities for growth and training within Clayton’s comprehensive

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, woodworking, or construction experience preferred.
• Experience with doors, windows, or millwork is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery, power tools, and assembly equipment per production schedules.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and specs to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and conformance.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area incl. PPE compliance.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Document production data, quality checks, and material usage as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality.
