Clayton is seeking a Production Operator to efficiently assemble, machine, and finish door components in a manufacturing setting. Your attention to detail and safety will ensure quality and on-time production, working with various equipment and hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, woodworking, or construction preferred.
• Experience with doors, windows, or millwork a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, tools to manufacture doors per schedule.
• Read blueprints and work orders to verify materials.
• Inspect parts for quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Move materials using proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.
• Document production data and material usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
