Clayton Homes is seeking a Production Operator to efficiently assemble, machine, and finish door components in our manufacturing facility. You will interpret blueprints, follow work orders, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality policies, and the ability to operate various production tools. Overtime may be required to meet production demands; team collaboration is essential for daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, woodworking, or construction preferred.
• Experience with doors, windows, or millwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment to assemble doors according to production schedules.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure correct materials and finishes.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
