Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing, woodworking, or construction experience preferred.
• Experience with doors, windows, or millwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, power tools, and equipment to fabricate doors per schedule.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure correct materials and finishes.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to maintain output.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Move materials and door slabs using proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets.
• Document production data and material usage as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training programs.
