The hourly range for this position starts at $23/hr.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

1. Lead Tier meetings.
2. Analyze daily order patterns and workforce levels to meet customer demands.
3. Conduct daily safety audits and ensure all employees are wearing appropriate PPE and operating safely.
4. Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a cohesive team environment.
5. Encourage cooperation and teamwork among employees.
6. Work independently with superior results.
7. Collaborate across departments to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth operations.
8. Ensure quality procedures are followed according to expectations.
9. Work from prints, sketches, specifications, and instructions to order and maintain stock, communicate orders, check work, monitor equipment, and ensure product quality.
10. Set up and troubleshoot all equipment and products in the department.
11. Be flexible with hours across all shifts for training, coaching, and leading improvements.
12. Oversee equipment operation and employee performance, addressing discrepancies.
13. Assist the supervisor with daily planning and scheduling activities.
14. Coordinate special programs and projects, working with Production, Engineering, and R&D.
15. Serve as the main contact in the absence of the Supervisor.
16. Develop and monitor standard work processes to optimize efficiency.
17. Conduct regular 5S audits to ensure organization and tool availability.
