Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Outgoing personality with a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
• References must show outstanding work ethic, reliability, and motivation.
• Good time management, organized and able to multi-task.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders
• Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointment times
• Develop and cultivate new relationships with builders
• Interact with new construction builders and accommodate their demands
• Check for parts numbers and descriptions, signatures and dates, and whether jobs are completed or require a technician return
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse and manage WIP inventory and returns from job sites
• Oversee operational activities, enforce customer service standards, ensure profitability, and complete administrative tasks
