Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Outgoing personality with a drive to help customers.
• References must attest outstanding work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and follow up with homeowners to confirm appointment times.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with builders.
• Interact with new construction builders and accommodate their demands.
• Check parts numbers, descriptions, signatures, dates, and job completion status.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse; manage WIP inventory.
• Oversee customer service standards, profitability on jobs, and related admin tasks.
