Job summary

The DH Pace Company, Inc. (Overhead Door Company of Kansas City) is seeking entry door technicians to service a variety of entry doors and door hardware across the Kansas City area. You must troubleshoot, work without supervision, and have strong attention to detail.

A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required. Responsibilities include servicing all products, identifying opportunities to upsell, maintaining job paperwork, and performing duties in a safety-conscious manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds over head.
• Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in construction or skilled trades is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Service all products, to include doors and dock equipment cleanly and accurately.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.
• Always operating in safety conscious manner while performing job duties.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
