You will coordinate with Product Development, Sourcing, Category Management, and Customer Groups to ensure strong cross-functional alignment and customer-focused decisions, delivering impactful commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field.
• 5–10+ years in product management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Direct experience in door hardware category required.
• Strong financial and cost modeling savvy; translate data into opportunities.
• Proven ability to develop and implement product roadmaps across multiple price tiers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement product strategy aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
• Manage full product lifecycle including new product development, enhancements, and sunsetting.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Development, Sourcing, Category Management, and Customer Groups.
• Develop competitive selling tools, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
