Job summary

Arcadia Products, LLC is seeking a Door hardware Manager based at the Leonis Branch to educate and support branch account managers and production staff across all divisions.

You will oversee order coordination, supply chain logistics, and vendor management, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. This role reports to the Director of Branch Operations and requires hands-on leadership across sales, procurement, and production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material takeoffs, quotes, orders, and tracking shipments.
• Manage shipping, receiving, transport schedules, and warehouse inventory.
• Support warehouse staff and managers; negotiate lead times and pricing with hardware manufacturers and distributors.
• Address back-orders, freight damage, shipping errors, and installation delays with contractors.
• Monitor operational KPIs and center P&L performance.
• Possess broad knowledge of hardware specifications and applications.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among sales, account management, procurement, production, and field technicians.
