Job summary

Arcadia Products, LLC in Vernon, CA is seeking a Door Hardware Manager to lead the Leonis Branch operations. You will coordinate orders, manage logistics, and drive cross-functional teamwork to meet project deadlines.

The role reports to the Director of Branch Operations and is a full-time position with a competitive six-figure salary. You’ll oversee procurement, shipping, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed material takeoffs from architectural hardware schedules; process quotes, production orders, and submittals; track purchase orders; and manage factory/branch drop-shipments.
• Manage shipping, receiving, transport schedules, and warehouse inventory tracking to meet strict project deadlines.
• Support warehouse and production staff, drivers, project managers, and account managers; negotiate lead times and pricing with major hardware manufacturers and distributors.
• Address back-orders, freight damage, shipping errors, and field installation delays with general contractors and glazing subcontractors.
• Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and center P&L performance.
• Possess broad knowledge specific to hardware specifications and applications.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration among sales, account management, procurement, production, and field technicians.

About This Role

Based at the Leonis Branch operation and reporting directly to the Director of Branch Operations, this role is responsible for educating and supporting branch account managers and production staff across all divisions.

• Order Coordination: Oversee detailed material takeoffs from architectural hardware schedules; process quotes, production orders, and submittals; track purchase orders; and manage factory/branch drop-shipments.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage shipping, receiving, transport schedules, and warehouse inventory tracking to meet strict project deadlines.
• Team & Vendor Management: Support warehouse and production staff, drivers, project managers, and account managers; negotiate lead times and pricing with major hardware manufacturers and distributors.
• Problem Resolution: Address back-orders, freight damage, shipping errors, and field installation delays with general contractors and glazing subcontractors.
• Operational Performance & Budgets: Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and center P&L performance.
• Industry Knowledge: Possess broad knowledge specific to hardware specifications and applications.
• Communication: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration among sales, account management, procurement, production, and field technicians.
