Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Indianapolis invites a seasoned Branch Manager to oversee Installation, Service, Sales, and admin functions, driving performance and ensuring efficiency. You will manage teams, develop talent, and coordinate with factory and sales to deliver profitable projects.

You’ll build partnerships with healthcare and retail clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintain budgets, forecasts, and workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing employees in multiple installation and service divisions.
• Experience developing a service company including maintenance contracts and growth.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
• High school diploma required; AA/BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Installation, Service, and Sales departments and all staff and subcontractors.
• Meet established goals and growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with End-users in Health Care, Retail, and General Contractors.
• Develop a professional, motivated workforce.
• Develop managers and administrative personnel.
• Maintain communication with Factory regarding backlog and Work in Progress.
• Interact with Branch Sales to determine labor hours and margins.
• Review projections and forecast reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
