Job summary

OGD Overhead Garage Door is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Fort Worth team. You will manage inbound B2B sales, build lasting relationships with facility managers, and close deals on repairs, replacements, and upgrades for doors and dock equipment.

This in-office role requires strong communication, accuracy in quotes, and a proactive approach to follow up on open quotes. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in door and dock equipment sales.
• Experience with manufacturers or distributors of overhead doors and dock equipment.
• Excellent phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes and orders.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound B2B sales calls and emails, qualifying leads and identifying customer needs related to repair, replacement, or upgrades.
• Nurture and grow relationships with existing customers and warm leads to generate repeat and expanded business.
• Prepare accurate price quotes and proposals for repairs, replacement parts, equipment upgrades, and preventive maintenance agreements.
• Process and track orders from quote through fulfillment, ensuring accurate entry of specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, and existing commercial accounts.
• Follow up on open quotes to drive conversion and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in the CRM/service management system.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, product fit, or service scheduling in a timely, professional manner.
