This role requires reading labels, coordinating materials, and using carpentry skills to fabricate components. You will support packaging, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Age of at least 18 years.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English reading, writing, speaking proficiency.
• Precise measurement with 1/16” accuracy.
• Ability to interpret instructions and solve problems.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Experience in finish carpentry or wood product assembly.
• Knowledge of general safety guidelines.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Read and interpret labels to guide assembly.
• Coordinate materials for production.
• Fabricate and assemble materials to produce finished goods.
• Monitor quality and ensure specs are met.
• Report damaged materials to the shop supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with packaging and handling of finished goods.
