You will prepare materials, operate casing equipment, inspect finished products, and ensure assemblies are ready for staging or shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or millwork environments.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specs.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift and position heavy doors and components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble door units by installing casing, jambs, headers, and millwork components according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, labels, and production documentation to identify correct materials and assembly requirements.
• Verify door style, swing, hardware, and component specifications before assembly.
• Position and secure casing materials using pneumatic tools and production equipment.
• Operate casing equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining production standards.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper alignment, workmanship, and product quality.
• Load completed door units onto carts or staging racks for shipping or further production.
