Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; preferred experience in manufacturing or carpentry, press operation, or machining.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power/hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial door frames using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the build or packaging process.
• Identify material defects and report them to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow SOPs, production schedules, safety protocols, 5S, and Standard Work Instructions.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and techniques as needed.
• Review project specifications and work instructions.
• Perform basic assembly and packaging tasks.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with company policies.
