Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred and 18+ years old.
• Must read and interpret labels and follow instructions.
• Experience using measuring devices with 1/16 inch precision.
• Experience in finish carpentry or wood product assembly.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and follow company policies.
• Read and interpret labels to guide assembly.
• Coordinate materials for production.
• Fabricate and assemble finished goods.
• Monitor quality and meet specifications.
• Report damaged materials to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
