This role builds relationships with fundraising volunteers and implements innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals within a designated market area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years’ experience in a directly relatable role.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to achieve overall revenue annual budget.
• Implement organizational campaign standards across event portfolio to ensure annual budget is achieved.
• Maintain consistent and clear view of KPI that serve as precursors to revenue performance; use KPI data to drive activity.
• Partner with Campaign Development Director and Director of Campaign Excellence to build strategic plans and track progress.
• Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting corporate partners and closing partnerships.
• Collaborate with local region team and national shared service partners.
