The role supports policy interpretation, inventory and demand analysis, and advisory input to leadership on ticketing strategy and donor experience.

Qualifications

• Oversee and coordinate donor-related ticketing operations for the Tennessee Fund.
• Support season ticket renewals, relocations, postseason and away-game ticket allocations.

Responsabilités

• Interpret ticketing policies to determine solutions based on donor circumstances, ticket availability, giving levels, operational requirements, and departmental priorities.
• Evaluate ticket inventory, donor demand, and historical trends; advise Tennessee Fund leadership on ticketing strategy and allocation considerations.
