The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. (UTFI) invites applications for the Annual Fund Coordinator, Parking Operations to oversee donor parking allocations across football and basketball programs and other sports, reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Development, Annual Fund.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with donor management systems, and collaboration with campus partners to ensure policy adherence and a positive donor experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, with relevant full-time experience.
• 1+ year of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with large data volumes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Experience with Ticketmaster, donor management systems, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor parking operations and allocations for football, basketball, baseball and other sports.
• Provide professional donor support via phone, email and other channels, communicating policies clearly.
• Lead or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives to improve donor experience and parking policies.
