• Provide direct administrative support to the Associate Vice Chancellor and senior advancement staff.
• Schedule complex calendars and arrange meetings with university leaders and external constituents.
• Assist with travel planning, reimbursements, and related logistics.
• Coordinate contracts, vendors, and related purchasing needs.
• Prepare documents, reports, and communications for advancement operations.
