Job summary

The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. invites applications for the Annual Fund Coordinator, Ticketing Operations to oversee donor-related ticketing for the Tennessee Fund.

You will coordinate season ticket renewals, relocations, postseason allocations, and away-game tickets, working closely with the UT Ticket Office and Fielding staff to ensure policy-driven, donor-centric allocations. You will analyze inventory and demand, advise leadership on strategies, and serve as the primary liaison

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer operating systems.
• Experience with Ticketmaster ticketing systems and/or donor management databases.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all phases of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate donor ticketing for the Tennessee Fund, including season renewals, relocations, postseason and away-game allocations.
• Manage assignments of season and individual-game football and basketball tickets, ensuring requests are accurate and policies are followed.
• Interpret ticketing policies considering donor circumstances, giving levels, availability, and operations to determine solutions.
• Monitor inventory to catch discrepancies and issues before they affect donors.
• Advise leadership and campus partners on ticketing strategy and allocation considerations.
