Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Donor Relations Specialist to deepen donor engagement and stewardship. You will lead donor recognition, impact reporting, and communications, partnering with Marketing to share stories that highlight generosity.

The role supports gift processing, events, and strategy across the LRH Foundation, working with donors, staff, and volunteers. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and nonprofit fundraising experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Development, Philanthropy or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor stewardship and retention strategies, impact reporting, donor communications and recognition.
• Design and track donor journey/experience with Marketing to capture stories.
• Assist with gift processing, planning and execution of foundation events, and securing resources for LRH Foundation.
