Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare Foundation in Fergus Falls, MN seeks a Foundation Development Officer to lead frontline fundraising, donor engagement and the development of LRH Foundation resources. You will cultivate, solicit and secure resources through annual campaigns and special programs, with possible portfolio assignments across the region.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality and collaboration with donors, staff and volunteers; hybrid/remote work is considered and compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Development, Philanthropy or related field; nonprofit fundraising experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Pre-employment health screening is required.
• Flexible, remote/hybrid work schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Donor relations, fundraising, event planning, and CRM platforms (Raisers Edge NXT preferred).
• Collaborative work under pressure to meet deadlines.
